Description Delivery Operations Support Function as an on-site liaison for delivery staff, assisting with day to day operations and issue resolution Assist delivery staff with loading and unloading of vehicles Communicate with delivery personnel to support efficient route execution and to address logistical, operational, and customer service requirements Execute delivery routes and provide support to other warehouse teams as necessary during staff absences, promotional periods, and peak workflow demands Operate machinery and equipment, including bicycle trailers, vans, trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts Assist the delivery team with vehicle and equipment maintenance Ensure warehouse area is maintained in compliance with team and company standards Order Administration & Fulfillment Support the full sales order lifecycle (entry, review, adjustment, printing, sorting, picking, packing, and invoicing) Coordinate with customer service, production, and shipping to optimize sales order workflows Apply knowledge of production schedules, inventory control, team capacity, and customer-specific needs for effective logistical planning and order fulfillment Teamwork Attend required meetings (team, 1:1, all-staff, safety training). Provide cross-functional support as directed (Shipping, Packaging, Distro, Inventory) Assist with preparing products (4-packs, specialty grinds) for delivery order fulfillment Share observations with Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams (competitive insights, pricing audits, set photos, operational efficiencies, customer feedback) Maintain NetSuite customer records (delivery notes, contacts) Requirements Qualifications Who You Are Collaborative team player able to prioritize tasks received across multiple streams of communication Comfortable using systems and tools such as ERP/CRM software, email and text-based communications (NetSuite and Google Workspace experience preferred) Curious and observant with a track record of independent problem solving Clear and effective communicator with proven ability to keep a cool head during busy moments Safe and considerate driver with a valid Minnesota Driver’s License and a clean driving record Interest in Peace Coffee’s product, mission, and vision Workplace Requirements Observe Peace Coffee safety practices, including.
