Job Summary We are seeking an experienced driver to join our fulfilment team at PA Options for Wellness. This position is responsible for the safe and compliant delivery of medical cannabis products throughout the state of Pennsylvania. This is a non-CDL position. This position supports fulfilment activities throughout the organization including packaging, labeling, and facilities. This position is considered safety sensitive and is essential to company operations. Interested applicants must have a clean driving record as well as the ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure safe transportation of medical marijuana product to receiving dispensaries. Complete all deliveries on time, communicating any delays to the Logistics Supervisor and receiving dispensary. Communicate with packaging and wholesale team(s) to resolve any issues. Complete and maintain all necessary paperwork including manifests, checklists, rejection sheets, etc. Ensure detailed vehicle records are kept including driver logs, maintenance sheets, damage reports, noted issues, etc. Provide support to fulfillment and cultivation departments when not on delivery route including harvesting plants, packaging product, or labeling goods for sale. Experience High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license, in good standing. Flexible schedule to accommodate delivery routes based on the needs of the business. Prior experience in a delivery setting is desired, but not required. Knowledge /Skills: In depth knowledge and understanding of all Commonwealth regulations for delivery/distribution of medical cannabis, ensuring strict compliance. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop positive rapport with dispensary partners. Demonstrated time management and organization skills. Demonstrated accountability, proactive behavior, and attention to detail. Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work and prioritize in a heavily regulated, complex, fast-paced environment. Other At least 18 years of age. No felony convictions. Maintain a drug and alcohol-free work environment. Comply with confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements. Must pass extensive background security check. All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of required pre-employment screenings. This includes a standard 9-panel drug test excluding THC, as well as a comprehensive background check covering local, state, and national records. Candidates must also complete a fingerprinting process as part of this screening. Failure to successfully complete any portion of the screening may result in withdrawal of the employment offer.
Responsibilities
