Reporting into the VP, Supply Chain UK & Ireland, you will play a crucial role in balancing supply and demand, optimizing inventory, and ensuring efficient operations.

• Planning & Coordination - Manage and optimize demand and supply planning to ensure product availability while minimizing costs.
• Forecasting & Analysis - Generate statistical forecasts, incorporate sales projections, and analyse supply capabilities for accurate planning.
• Capacity & Inventory Management - Assess long-term production capacity, identify material constraints, and analyse inventory levels, rotation, and logistics capacity.
• S&OP Optimization - Review and enhance Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) performance to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring - Track key metrics, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
