REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or FMCG is highly preferred.
• Must be based in Cape Town, working in-office two days per week with occasional on-site visits to manufacturers.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a relevant field.
• Ability to operate strategically while also executing hands-on when required in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and proactive problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under pressure and navigate complex situations.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as Cin7 or similar, Excel/Google Sheets, and data modeling.
• Will work closely with the Supply Chain Officer and COO, with strategic ownership over key areas of the supply chain, requiring strong competency and leadership ability.
