POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of process, systems, and business transformation. While the ideal candidate may be early in their career, this is not a junior role in scope or responsibility. The Demand & Architecture Manager will work directly with ANCA’s senior process owners and executive sponsors to help define, structure, and prioritise the change required to support the company’s 2030 vision.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and a commitment to structure and discipline; particularly in how business cases are framed and how process and systems documentation is developed and maintained. This is not a reactive support role; it is a proactive, enabling function that brings clarity, alignment, and momentum to ANCA’s most important initiatives.

This is a multidisciplinary role, combining elements of analyst, facilitator, and architect. We are looking for someone who is as comfortable in ambiguity as they are in clarifying scope, mapping process flows, and shaping structured proposals.
