Job Description:
As the Demand Capabilities Associate for Europe, Australia & North Asia, you will be at the forefront of shaping our demand planning strategy and ensuring its effective execution across the region.
You will be responsible for leading the volume PEAK IBP process, driving demand stability and identifying opportunities for improvement.
The role requires a strong demand planning experienced leader with a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
You will own the capabilities roadmap, focusing on enhancing demand planning rigour and developing new capabilities which drive efficiency, continuous improvements to KPIs and business performance.

DEMAND CAPABILITIES:

  • Develop and execute demand capabilities roadmap
  • Partner effectively with General Mills India Centre, central stat forecasting team and other regions
  • Partner with other supply chain functions to identify opportunities to drive HMM and stability projects in demand forecasting
  • Identify the rigour processes to ensure demand planning remains technically robust and consistent across the region
  • Owner of critical KPI’s. Identify targets and support local markets in adherence
  • Partner closely with Int’l CoE to influence and integrate global standards
  • Escalation point for IPT/OMP & Mundial

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM

We’re looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, specifically within Demand Planning. You will possess strong analytical capabilities—both qualitative and quantitative—and be able to demonstrate the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, actionable manner. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to influence and constructively challenge stakeholders at all levels. A proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset and strong learning agility will thrive in this role. If you have project management experience, this will be a valuable asset.
