QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven industry.
• Proficiency with HubSpot is a MUST
• Strong understanding of paid media strategies, including Google Ads, Meta and ABM.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus but not required.

You’ll collaborate with an energetic team and have the freedom to bring your creative ideas to life while leveraging cutting-edge marketing technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, social media, paid search, and content marketing.
• Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage automated lead nurturing workflows to engage prospects and guide them through the sales funnel.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and ROI improvement.
• Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to align on lead qualification criteria, ensuring a seamless handoff of leads.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-value assets such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
• Audience Targeting: Leverage data and insights to identify and refine target audiences for campaigns.
• Marketing Tech Stack: Manage and optimize marketing tools, including HubSpot CRM and analytics software.
• Event Promotion: Support webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
