Description
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Demand Generation Lead to help scale and optimize our marketing programs. In this role, you will develop and execute full-funnel strategies that generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the marketing function at a growing company in the fast-paced FinTech space. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical marketer who knows how to build campaigns that perform, use modern tools effectively, and apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to reach the right audiences at the right time. What You'll Do: Own and drive the end-to-end demand generation strategy, from new customer acquisition to account expansion, with a strong focus on measurable results. Launch and scale multi-channel campaigns, including email, content, webinars, digital ads, and high-touch ABM, to attract, engage, and convert high-value accounts. Leverage ABM by building tailored 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs that reach the right audiences with the right message. Optimize each stage of the funnel by identifying bottlenecks, running experiments, and implementing data-backed improvements to increase conversion rates. Partner with the content team to create persona-driven assets such as whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and other resources that guide prospects through the buyer’s journey. Use marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to scale outreach, score leads effectively, and deliver timely, personalized communications. Analyze campaign performance, attribution data, and ROI metrics to refine strategy and report on outcomes. Explore and test emerging tools and tactics, adopting new approaches to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion. Collaborate closely with teams across sales, product marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment across the go-to-market motion. What You'll Bring to the Team: At least 8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and growth. Experience in SaaS or FinTech is a plus. A proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, and CRM tools like Salesforce. A deep understanding of ABM strategies, funnel optimization, and data-informed marketing practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple initiatives at once. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across departments and influence key stakeholders. A growth mindset, curiosity about new tools and tactics, and a drive to continuously improve marketing performance. The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 annually. Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
