Job Description The Demand Generation Lead is responsible for creating and executing activities that generate high-quality demand for Syngenta portfolio. This role connects marketing and sales by driving awareness, interest, and intent across the grower journey, ultimately delivering qualified leads and accelerating revenue growth. Responsibilities KPI: Sales (sell-in), Consumption, Product On Ground Planning and execution of farmer-focused Demand Generation campaigns to drive POG Ensure alignment with Channel Management Lead on focus areas and priority segments. Primary responsible for Demand Generation activities at grower level with Star and Core products as primary focus. Implement demand generation strategies aligned with product positioning and market objectives Develop targeted marketing initiatives to enhance market penetration and brand awareness in key segments Monitor sales pipeline progression and implement acceleration strategies when needed Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or a related Field. Minimum of 5 to 8 Years Experience in Demand Generation, Sales, Field Marketing or Agricultural Marketing. Strong Analytical Skills and ability to track and report on Key Performance Metrics. Deeply understanding about crop protection is advantage Strong understanding of farming practices, agronomy, and local market dynamics.
