YOUR CHALLENGE AT WIRE

Get ready to make a significant impact as a core member of our Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive results and align strategies.
We’re seeking a data-driven marketer with a proven track record in B2B demand generation, spanning Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs designed to engage enterprise customers and drive high-quality pipelines.
In addition to creating demand and capturing interest, you’ll take ownership of key priorities like managing and executing campaigns, leading email marketing and nurturing efforts, driving event strategy and execution, and ensuring seamless collaboration with sales for pipeline acceleration.
You will continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, using quantitative and qualitative data to iterate and improve results. You will take advantage of appropriate optimization methodologies and techniques to maximize results.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and gain alignment on go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring clear audience segmentation, personas, messaging frameworks, and value propositions to support demand generation and capture efforts.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, data-driven demand generation strategy that drives new business acquisition while enabling account expansion opportunities. Manage program tactics such as digital marketing, email, events, and field marketing within defined budgets and performance targets.
  • Own email marketing and nurturing programs to engage leads and accounts throughout the funnel, supporting both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and sales-led motions. Partner with RevOps to refine workflows, lead scoring, and ensure data hygiene for seamless execution.
  • Oversee the creation and management of accurate account profiles and contact data to align with marketing and sales objectives, ensuring campaigns are targeted and effective.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing marketing effectiveness through advanced audience segmentation, enhanced techniques, and streamlined processes.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, measurement, and reporting, to ensure programs meet pipeline generation and conversion goals.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to refine attribution models, create insightful dashboards, and deliver actionable performance analytics.
