Position Summary The Sr. Demand Generation Manager, Finance Division at Amplēo is the marketing owner for the Finance/CFO division, accountable for turning strategy into qualified pipeline across a shared cross-functional pod. The role is built around cross-functional leadership and execution to fuel growth, with direct ownership of the number, the plan, the budget, and the reporting cadence. Key Responsibilities Own the monthly MQL target tied to the division revenue plan, adjust the plan when performance slips, and report results weekly. Build and manage a 90-day rolling marketing plan covering ICP, positioning, channel mix, campaign calendar, and budget allocation. Direct campaign execution end-to-end across web, creative, content, demand gen, and business development resources. Manage marketing and BD spend, defend budget decisions with performance data, and optimize for ROI. Monitor and present core metrics including MQL volume, MQL to SQL conversion, CPL, CAC, and channel ROI. Serve as the marketing point of contact for division leadership through weekly syncs and monthly business reviews. Qualifications 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least one role where MQL or pipeline performance was directly your responsibility. Strong HubSpot experience, including workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and attribution reporting. Proven ability to operate in cross-functional environments and align stakeholders with competing priorities. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear campaign briefs and launch memos. Metrics discipline and comfort discussing what is and is not working without dressing up the data. Success Metrics Monthly MQL target attainment. MQL to SQL conversion rate.
