As Demand Generation Manager, you will own Pebble’s demand engine end-to-end. This is not a channel-specific role; it’s a full-funnel, revenue-oriented position responsible for turning brand momentum into pipeline, orders, and long-term growth. You’ll design and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, email, web, events, and lifecycle programs to ensure every touchpoint moves customers forward. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable with strategy and execution, thrives on experimentation, and measures success in pipeline and revenue impact, not vanity metrics. Responsibilities: Demand Strategy & Pipeline Growth Build and execute Pebble’s multi-channel demand generation strategy across the full funnel. Translate company goals (deposits, orders, deliveries) into quarterly demand targets and campaign plans Forecast pipeline contribution and continuously optimize toward revenue impact Campaign Planning & Execution Plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across: Paid search & paid social Email nurture and lifecycle programs Website and landing page conversion paths Events, trade shows, and experiential activations Own campaign briefs, calendars, testing plans, and performance reviews Lead experimentation with new channels, new formats, new offers, with a test-and-learn mindset Marketing Automation & Funnel Optimization Own lead flow, scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs across CRM and marketing automation tools Partner with Sales to ensure clean handoffs, accurate attribution, and shared definitions of MQL, SQL, and pipeline Improve conversion rates at every stage, from first touch to order Analytics, Reporting & Insight Define and track KPIs across CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROI Build dashboards and performance narratives that clearly show what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next Present insights and recommendations to leadership with clarity and confidence Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales to align on lead quality, follow-up, and feedback loops Partner with Product Marketing on messaging, launches, and positioning Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Community teams to ensure campaigns feel distinctly Pebble—not generic performance marketing Requirements: 5–8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue, not just traffic or leads Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and attribution in a high-consideration purchase environment Hands-on experience with paid media, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization Deep comfort with data, able to diagnose performance, model outcomes, and make confident decisions Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, NetSuite, Marketo, etc.) Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment Clear communicator who can partner effectively with Sales, Finance, Product, and Leadership Bonus points if you’ve worked in DTC, automotive, EVs, hardware, or other complex, high-AOV products.
