Description:

Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for building high-impact campaigns that fuel business growth? Gravity is looking for a strategic Demand Generation Manager to lead the charge in creating a robust pipeline for 2025 and beyond. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you’ll develop and execute multi-channel strategies that drive engagement across the entire buyer journey. Working closely with sales, product marketing, customer success, and revenue operations, you’ll optimize campaign performance, leverage market insights, and ensure our demand generation efforts align with business goals. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 8+ years in demand generation (B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization).
  • Expertise: Strong proficiency in digital marketing, marketing automation (e.g., Pardot), LinkedIn and Google Ads Platforms, and campaign analytics.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer teams to drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead demand generation programs across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, email, and partner co-marketing).
  • Partner with the revenue operations team to manage campaign performance, including lead attribution, funnel velocity, and data integration across platforms like Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to refine messaging based on evolving customer needs, feedback, and competitive research.
  • Drive co-branded partner marketing initiatives to expand Gravity’s reach and credibility.
  • Oversee content strategy integration, working with customer and product marketing teams to create thought leadership materials.
  • Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, landing pages, and ads to optimize lead quality and conversion.
  • Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to capture high-intent and organic traffic, leveraging customer insights.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and refining strategies to maximize pipeline and ROI.
