Description
About Lema.AI Lema.AI is a well-funded, emerging cybersecurity startup based in New York and Tel Aviv, building the first risk engineering platform, turning TPRM analysts from checkbox compliance analysts into risk engineers that save the business. Backed by Team8, Salesforce and F2, and led by proven founders, Lema is redefining how enterprises understand and secure their vendor ecosystem. Lema is already revenue-generating with dozens of enterprise customers including fortune 500 companies. More about Lema: Lema.ai website Business Insider - Cybersecurity startup Lema has come out of stealth to raise $24 million Team8 - Why We Invested In Lema About the TPRM market: McKinsey - nearly one-third of recent cyber breaches originated from third parties Hitch Partners - Third-party risk dominates security priorities, with AI-enhanced attacks and cloud misconfigurations completing the top three concerns. About the role We're looking for someone who thinks about demand generation the way a creative director thinks about a campaign, with a point of view, an instinct for what will cut through the noise, and the drive to take it from idea to execution. You'll own the full demand gen function: organic and paid thought leadership, SEO, paid search, events, and webinars. You'll work directly with the VP of Marketing and have real latitude to shape how Lema shows up in market. This is an individual contributor role with outsized impact. If you're the kind of person who sees a blank slate as exciting rather than stressful, keep reading. What You'll Own Thought Leadership: Develop the editorial strategy behind our founders' and company's voice across LinkedIn, contributed articles, and podcasts. Turn POVs into programs, not one-off posts. Social Media: Own our presence and voice across channels. Strategy and execution, not just scheduling. Paid Campaigns: Build and run paid campaigns that put our ideas in front of CISOs and GRC leaders at scale, with a clear line to pipeline, not just reach. SEO+GEO: Own organic and generative search end-to-end, from keyword research to content briefs to measuring what's actually driving pipeline. Events & Webinars: Drive strategy and execution for field events, conferences, and virtual programs, including the creative concept, not just the logistics. Analytics & Reporting: Track what matters. Build reporting that tells a story and informs where we go next. Requirements What You Bring 4–6 years in B2B demand gen, with a track record that includes campaigns you invented, not inherited. Strong across paid media, SEO, and events. You don't need to be a specialist in all three, but you can't be a stranger to any of them. Experience running or contributing to an executive or brand thought leadership program. Comfortable being the one who figures things out, not the one who waits for a brief. Native-level English. You'll be writing and editing content that reaches senior security buyers. Cybersecurity or GRC experience is a real advantage. If you can read a CISO's priorities and translate them into a campaign angle, you'll ramp faster and go deeper. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: 150k-180k (based on experience) Employee Stock options grant Unlimited PTO 401k Health Benefits
