REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, owning pipeline targets
  • Hands-on success with full-funnel tactics: webinars, nurture streams, ABM, paid media, and email automation
  • Experience supporting hybrid go-to-market models (self-serve and sales-assisted)
  • Proficiency with modern martech (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, Ad platforms, analytics)
  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable pulling reports, spotting trends, and making budget calls
  • Proven collaborator who can sync with Sales, Product, and Content teams to hit shared goals
  • Self-starter attitude, bias for action, and a knack for creative problem-solving

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Demand Generation Manager, you’ll architect and run the campaigns that spark interest, drive sign-ups, and turn prospects into customers. You’ll juggle webinars, ebooks, nurture streams, ABM plays, paid ads, and more—balancing always-on horsepower with headline-grabbing integrated campaigns. Working hand-in-hand with Sales, you’ll relentlessly test, learn, and optimize to keep our funnel humming and our revenue climbing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Launch multi-channel campaigns across webinars, promoted content, ebooks, paid ads, field events, ABM, and content syndication
  • Run both always-on programs and big-bang plays that roll up into integrated campaigns
  • Drive self-serve demand through targeted ads, emails, and compelling content, then nurture users to activation and purchase
  • Partner closely with Sales to align messaging, share feedback, and fine-tune plays for maximum pipeline impact
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize: track funnel metrics, shift budgets to top performers, and A/B test everything for continuous ROI gains
