ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a performance- and data-driven Demand Generation Manager who thrives on measurable results, continuous optimization, and technical marketing excellence. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that attract, engage, and convert higher education decision-makers.
You will be the HubSpot power user for marketing automation, reporting, and lead lifecycle management—ensuring that every campaign is tracked, analyzed, and improved. Working closely with sales, you’ll align marketing activities to pipeline goals, continuously test and refine strategies, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
