Description

SoftBank Robotics, the global leader in workforce automation, is seeking a Demand Generation Manager. The ideal candidate understands that automation is the next big technological shift - comparable to the introduction of the smartphone - and wants to be a part of the movement, helping bring our story of businesses transformation to market.
As Demand Generation Manager, you will lead the strategic and tactical execution of our marketing funnel, overseeing all aspects of demand creation, lead qualification, and pipeline management. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will translate our Go-To-Market (GTM) vision into effective, measurable channel and campaign strategies. You will have ownership of our CRM data integrity, lead scoring models, and funnel metrics, collaborating closely with sales, product marketing, and external agencies to drive pipeline growth and optimize marketing ROI.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and ethical deployment of AI in marketing.
  • Experience with paid media channels (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to support demand generation.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, ABM, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of demand generation, aligning closely with our GTM strategy and revenue targets.
  • Develop and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and inbound strategies to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads.
  • Translate GTM strategies into actionable marketing channels and campaign plans, defining clear goals, messaging, and target outcomes.
  • Build and implement comprehensive customer marketing strategies; collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to leverage customer insights effectively in demand generation activities.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
  • Plan, create, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, digital ads, social media, and events) aimed at driving qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the internal Product Marketing team and external resources to create high-quality content and assets that support campaign objectives.
  • Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve email and campaign performance.
  • Act as the central “quarterback,” coordinating campaign execution across internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product teams) and external partners.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation:
  • Oversee our CRM (primarily HubSpot) for MarOps, ensuring effective setup, configuration, and optimization of marketing automation tools, workflows, and integrations.
  • Define and implement lead qualification and scoring criteria to enhance funnel efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, regularly enriching and updating data to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Analytics, Measurement & Optimization:
  • Establish comprehensive dashboards and measurement frameworks to track marketing effectiveness throughout the funnel.
  • Utilize analytics tools to extract insights, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Provide regular, data-driven reports to stakeholders, identifying key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement; responsible for key metrics such as lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, pipeline growth, and overall funnel efficiency.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in demand generation, lead nurturing, and CRM management within a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, track record of continuous education
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Expert-level proficiency with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in campaign analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities, with the ability to translate high-level vision into practical, measurable actions.
