OVERVIEW

A multi-award-winning Glasgow-based scale-up has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Demand Generation Manager looking to develop and grow alongside a rapidly expanding business.
Triyit is a fast-growing FMCG sampling and research & insight platform, trusted by over 50 of the UK’s leading consumer brands. As we scale our suite of B2B research solutions — including our flagship insight tool Validate Now — we’re hiring a performance-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert high-value FMCG decision-makers. Crucially, we’re looking for people with a passion for learning and high levels of determination, motivation and drive to succeed.
You’ll work closely with our CEO, marketing, and commercial team to build scalable lead generation campaigns across paid media, content, ABM, partnerships, and CRM — with a clear focus on pipeline contribution and marketing ROI.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally targeting enterprise or mid-market buyers.
  • Proven success in building and optimising full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media (LinkedIn, Google), content marketing, SEO, lead nurturing, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Close).
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills — confident briefing, editing, or drafting assets as needed.
  • Analytical and outcome-oriented, with experience reporting on performance using GA, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools.
  • Bonus: Experience in FMCG, market research, SaaS, or MarTech environments.
