We’re looking for a demand generation marketer to join our small but mighty marketing team at Optix. You’ll be the go-to person for driving measurable growth through lead generation, campaign optimization, and marketing automation. While our marketing team is focused on creating world-class content, you’ll take the lead on building and executing strategies that attract, nurture, and convert prospects into customers. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and content to ensure our pipeline is healthy, our messaging is resonant, and our marketing efforts are always evolving.This is a great opportunity for a marketer who has experience in SaaS and is excited to harness AI as part of their toolkit.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute demand generation strategies to increase qualified leads and pipeline growth
  • Develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid ads, email, partnerships, webinars, events)
  • Collaborate with the content marketer to align campaigns with content strategy and nurture sequences
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, reporting results and actionable insights to the team
  • Manage and optimize our marketing tech stack, ensuring smooth integration between tools
  • Test and evaluate emerging marketing tactics and technologies, including AI-driven tools, to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Partner with sales to ensure lead quality, smooth handoff, and feedback loops for continuous improvement
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes for campaign creation, tracking, and reporting
