Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a dynamic Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our commercial team and drive measurable growth in our marketing pipeline. This role is perfect for a marketing professional who thrives on creating compelling campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects into marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
Working remotely with flexibility to travel as needed, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support our sales team with a robust pipeline of prospects. You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Director and commercial team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design, implement, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital platforms including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Create and manage lead nurturing sequences and automated workflows to move prospects through the marketing funnel
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blog content that drives engagement and conversions
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation
  • MQL Generation: Implement strategies to increase the quantity and quality of marketing qualified leads, working closely with the commercial team to ensure smooth lead handoff
  • Market Research: Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform campaign strategy and messaging
  • Event Marketing: Support virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and webinars as lead generation opportunities
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate prospect and customer data in CRM systems, ensuring proper lead scoring and segmentation
