Description

Datadog is looking for an experienced Senior Group Manager, Demand Generation to help lead our growth marketing efforts in the EMEA region. Reporting into the Senior Director, Global Demand Generation, this data-informed marketing leader will be asked to create, execute and measure the demand generation strategy in the EMEA region. You will be responsible for adapting global programs and designing bespoke campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, customer expansion opportunities, and pipeline generation.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and grow a team of high-performing digital marketers, campaign managers and ABM practitioners to drive pipeline growth, new customer acquisition, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities in EMEA.
  • Partner closely with the global campaigns, growth marketing and regional marketing teams to adapt programs and investment mix to needs of the region.
  • Design demand generation strategies, integrated campaigns, and ABM programs that fuel growth in distinct markets like UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Italy and Middle East.
  • Oversee digital demand generation channels in the region including SEM, paid social, webinars, paid sponsorships, and SEO.
  • Develop best in class strategies to generate demand in multiple market segments including Commercial, Mid-Market and Enterprise.
  • Build a culture of constant testing and optimization to improve channel performance and ROI metrics.
  • Work cross functionally to drive alignment amongst global marketing, field marketing, and the extended go-to-market teams.
