Demand Generation Marketing Manager (Asia) Location: Singapore (regional Asia remit) Reporting to: APAC Director of Marketing and Growth About the Role We are seeking a commercially minded and self-sufficient Demand Generation Marketing Campaigns Manager – Asia to lead the strategy and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth across the region. This role will initially focus on Singapore as our priority market, with a clear mandate to expand campaign activity into additional Asian geographies over time. Working closely with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, Sales Development and Sales, you will develop and execute campaigns aligned to revenue targets. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can think strategically while confidently managing end-to-end execution. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Planning Own the Asia campaign calendar aligned to pipeline and revenue targets Develop integrated campaign plans targeting defined ICPs, industries and segments Translate commercial objectives into clear campaign briefs, budgets and measurable KPIs Prioritise activity based on market opportunity and growth potential Campaign Delivery Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, content, webinars, events, ABM and paid media Partner with Digital Marketing to optimise performance channels and lead generation Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure compelling positioning and messaging Collaborate with Brand to maintain consistency and quality across campaign assets Ensure strong alignment and follow-up processes with Sales Development and Sales teams Pipeline & Revenue Accountability Own campaign-sourced and campaign-influenced pipeline targets for Asia Track and report on performance across MQL, SQL, opportunity creation and revenue contribution Analyse campaign effectiveness and continuously optimise for ROI Implement a test-and-learn approach to improve conversion rates and engagement Regional Growth & Expansion Build scalable campaign frameworks that can be rolled out into new Asian markets Adapt messaging and tactics to local market conditions and cultural nuances Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales leadership Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the central point of coordination for regional campaign activity Lead regular alignment sessions with Marketing and Sales stakeholders Equip Sales with campaign messaging, assets and enablement materials Skills & Experience 6+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on campaign or demand generation Proven track record of driving pipeline growth in regional or multi-market environments Experience partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and lead management Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on marketing performance and ROI Ability to operate autonomously and manage competing priorities Experience in the Singapore market highly regarded; broader Asia experience advantageous Benefits: Flexible working arrangements Annual performance-related bonus 6x Flexi AnyDay: knock 2.5 hours off your day!
