Description

ABOUT US

It’s hard to build a reliable system. It’s harder to make sure that what you’ve built is really reliable.
Synthesized is redefining software testing with agentic AI. Our platform automates test data, test cases, and test environments – empowering enterprise teams to ship faster, reduce compliance risks, and modernise QA at scale.
Our products are used by some of the world’s leading organisations, such as Deutsche Bank, UBS, the European Commission, and others.
We’re an ambitious VC-backed startup, having just gone through Series A with leading global investors including IQ Capital, Seedcamp, and Deutsche Bank. We have ambitious growth plans for 2025, and we are so keen for you to join us on the journey.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Synthesized shows up in the market. You’ll own our product positioning and messaging, build and scale enablement for the commercial team, and deeply understand our customers, competitors, and product ecosystem.
You’ll be instrumental in defining our go-to-market strategy and driving adoption among an engaged global community of Test Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Architects, and Innovation leaders.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations – and work alongside leading researchers from the University of Cambridge and world-class software engineers. We’re looking for someone excited to shape the Product function, not just run it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define and evolve the positioning, narrative, and strategy for our core data product.
  • Drive cross-functional product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
  • Partner with Sales to deliver impactful enablement materials and support complex deals.
  • Engage regularly with customers and partners to inform product direction and messaging.
  • Structure product strategy and roadmap execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • Act as a thought leader in data and analytics – with customers, partners, and the broader market.
