JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will assist in executing marketing programs to generate and nurture leads. You will work closely with the go to market team to drive traffic, increase conversions, and support overall marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Support the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, content distribution, and social media.
- Lead Nurturing: Assist in managing and optimizing lead nurture workflows and segmentation strategies.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Help maintain and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems to track leads and measure performance.
- Event & Webinar Support: Assist in planning and promoting virtual and live events to drive lead acquisition and engagement.
- Content Promotion: Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to distribute assets that drive traffic and conversions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance metrics, create reports, and provide insights for optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and handoff processes.
