POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across our B2B audience.
The ideal candidate brings a balance of analytical rigor and creative thinking, with a strong track record of running effective demand generation programs. Experience with HubSpot is essential, as is a passion for testing, learning, and iterating based on data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with 2–4 years specifically in a Demand Generation role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, list segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience executing B2B campaigns for industrial audiences, combining strong sales alignment with a test-and-learn approach to campaign development. ABM experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally, meet deadlines, and respond quickly to shifting needs.
Responsibilities
  • Run end-to-end demand generation campaigns with measurable results.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, content, and social media) to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create, test, and optimize campaign components including messaging, creative, audience segments, and CTAs.
  • Use HubSpot to build and optimize lead-nurturing workflows, email campaigns, forms, and landing pages.
  • Track campaign status, address challenges proactively, and drive next steps with strong attention to detail.
  • Analyze performance metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and use data to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Align closely with the sales team to ensure timely, consistent lead follow-up that reflects campaign intent.
