Learn more about the Caterpillar Experience Job Summary This position is for the newly created Customer Solutions CORE Regions Division ANZP and CJL Sales & Operations Demand Manager that has responsibility to coordinate and lead sales and operations process through cross functional teams to establish sales plan and shape demand with focus on delivering business results and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for training, leading, guiding teams, communicating key priorities, and executing the sales and operations process by providing analysis and recommendations for leaders, while also driving process improvements. What You Will Do Subject matter expert and leader for Regional S&OP Facilitates collaboration with Machine Forecasters, Product Groups, and Industry leadership to develop the Unconstrained Forecast monthly Creates the content and leads the monthly region Demand Review meetings Evaluates and Approves monthly One Forecast requests from Dealers Reviews and Approves monthly Over Order Requests from Dealers Leads MOS Target setting process for Cat and Dealers Leader for regional exceptions to the S&OP processes due to outside events Provides S&OP process training to new reps, Dealers Leads or Participates in S&OP process improvement projects and teams Completes Ad hoc analysis as requested What You Have Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Additional Information Travel is 25% or less. This position requires working onsite five days a week.
