The Opportunity This position works out of our Algeria. on site. location in the Established Pharmaceuticals division. What You’ll Work On S&OP Management Oversee and coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle across all FAC affiliates. Leads the preparation and delivery of FAC slides for Region S&OP meetings, coordinating inputs from cross-functional departments and presenting consolidated updates, key planning assumptions, performance highlights, and critical issues requiring alignment or decision-making at the regional level Ensure alignment of assumptions, risks, and opportunities across countries. Monitor Affiliate Demand Reviews, Supply Reviews, and Executive S&OP meetings. Forecast Supervision & Alignment Ensure affiliate forecasts reflect market realities and brand strategies. Maintain a unified “one set of numbers” approach across all functions. Monitor forecast accuracy and bias and drive corrective actions. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Review affiliate sales, and financial performance vs. Plan and LRP. Publish consolidated FAC ADS and commentary on key changes. Track KPIs and lead root cause analysis and action planning for misses. Inventory & Supply Oversight Monitor DOH and ensure optimal inventory levels across affiliates. Manage abnormal demand, tenders, backorders, and product allocation issues. Support inventory forecasting for Plan, LBE, and Cash Flow cycles. Strategic & Financial Planning Support Strategic Brand Plans, Financial Plans, LBEs, and LRPs. Ensure demand inputs are integrated into financial and operational planning. Provide insights on how forecast accuracy impacts cost, service, and profitability. Governance & Process Excellence Ensure each affiliate’s S&OP process aligns with EPD standards. Act as the Cluster owner of S&OP tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Prime). Drive continuous improvement and standardization across the region. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the link between commercial and supply chain teams across FAC. Ensure decisions and plans are clearly communicated and executed. Escalate gaps with recommended actions and ensure timely resolution. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain or Business Language: Fluent French and English Minimum Experience Required: Minimum 8 years of experience in a supply chain & demand planning. Preferred professional experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company, preferably a multinational. Legal / Certification requirements. In depth experience with replenishments and distribution. Personal Characteristics & Skills: Quality System Knowledge. Manufacturing Knowledge. Average knowledge. Business Knowledge. Market insight-in depth knowledge of local markets and ability to analyses market intelligence and dynamics to translate global brand strategy into meaningful marketing program to meet customer needs that quickly captures shares.
