Job Summary Manages customer inquiries for order lead time and order configuration change. Responsible for new orders and order change, make sure requests can be successfully received by order system. What you will do: • Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions. • Auditing order change requests from dealers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective. • Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc. • Managing and communicating ready to ship dates. What you will have: Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. Demand Management: Knowledge of processes and methods of Demand Management; ability to effectively sense, predict, plan for and manage the demand for products and services. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Basic requirements: - Bachelor’s degree (completed) - Pre-advanced level of English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 - Experience with Power Platform tools, including Power BI Top candidates will also have: - Previous experience in materials planning, logistics, purchasing, and operations - Experience with Python programming and automation Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
