: • Minimum 3 years of experience in forecasting or inventory planning role.• Preferably 2 years of experience in the service industry for Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) or Consumer Electronics (CE) products.

SKILLS

•Effective communication and coordination abilities across departments and with suppliers.•Solid understanding of inventory control processes and warehouse logistics.•Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory software systems.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

1-Inventory Planning & Management:•Monitor and manage inventory levels using computerized systems to track issuance, transfer, and sales of parts and materials.•Maintain accurate records of inventory type, quantity, and valuation.•Ensure timely replenishment of stock through material requirement planning and forecasting.•Initiate requisition orders to maintain adequate stock based on service trends and historical usage.•Maintain stock rotation and manage the removal of obsolete or expired inventory.•Calculate the cost of orders and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.2-Procurement & Vendor Coordination:•Review requisitions and confirm the unavailability of requested materials in current stock.•Source and obtain price quotations from local suppliers and principals.•Prepare and process purchase orders within defined purchasing authority and ensure timely approvals.•Coordinate with suppliers to schedule timely deliveries and resolve supply chain issues (e.g., delays, shortages).•Maintain purchasing files, vendor reports, price lists, and order history for transparency and review.3-Operational Excellence:•Identify inefficiencies in logistics, warehousing, and delivery operations, implementing Lean methodologies for continuous improvement.•Aim to reduce aging stock, improve material forecasting accuracy, and ensure service continuity.•Monitor KPIs and contribute to cost efficiency goals.
