REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

As part of the Inventory Control team within Global Aftersales at Al-Futtaim Automotive, the role focuses on balancing inventory costs with service levels, adhering to business recommendations. Currently, the team oversees stock management.
The primary responsibility is to enhance forecast accuracy at both national and branch levels to ensure the timely procurement and availability of the right stock for customers. This is achieved by leveraging tools like Syncron to monitor demand transactions and taking proactive measures to mitigate the risk of stockouts. Continuous alignment with stakeholders is essential to understand business and market requirements, ensuring optimal stock health.

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE:

  • Bachelors/ master’s in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Around 5 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain, preferably with Automotive experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/MS Projects)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment
