Description

ABOUT US

We’re a lean, ambitious startup founded by two driven individuals who are hungry to build the next big name in the furniture world. Forget the corporate layers and red tape—we’re all about rolling up our sleeves, adapting to challenges, and making things happen. Whether it’s lifting tables, working in a cold warehouse, or analysing numbers, we do what’s necessary to grow and succeed.
If you’re ready to step outside the ordinary and join a team where your input directly shapes the future of the company, read on.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Demand Planner, Merchandiser, or in a related role (ideally in a product-based company).
  • Analytical Mindset: You love diving into data, spotting trends, and making informed decisions.
  • Excel & Systems Skills: Advanced Excel knowledge is a must, and any experience with inventory or demand planning software is a plus.
  • Problem Solver: You’re quick on your feet and always looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Team Player: You’re ready to get your hands dirty and collaborate with a close-knit team.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift quickly.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Demand Planner, you won’t just be sitting behind a desk—you’ll be an integral part of our operations. You’ll combine data analysis, forecasting, and proactive problem-solving to ensure we always have the right products at the right time. But beyond that, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day hustle of running a fast-growing company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own the demand forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely predictions of sales, orders, and stock needs.
  • Collaborate with product development and purchasing teams to plan launches and new product rollouts.
  • Manage stock levels to optimize availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Track supplier performance, lead times, and any potential disruptions.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and continuously improve demand planning accuracy.
  • Jump in wherever needed—whether that means helping organize deliveries or lending a hand during busy periods.
