Job Description The Demand Planning Associate supports the development and maintenance of demand forecasts to ensure accurate planning and inventory availability. The role focuses on data gathering, report preparation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to support demand planning and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing demand forecasts using historical sales data and basic trend analysis Update and maintain demand planning files, reports, and forecasting tools Monitor actual sales versus forecast and highlight variances for review Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams for relevant inputs (e.g., promotions, new items) Support inventory planning by providing accurate and timely demand data Track stock levels and assist in identifying potential stockouts or excess inventory Prepare regular reports on demand, sales trends, and inventory status Ensure accuracy and completeness of data used for planning Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field At least 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain analytics Strong understanding of forecasting methods, inventory management, and supply planning Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); experience with ERP or planning systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and trends Good communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, Saturday 8 am-12 nn Location: Goldendale Subd., Tinajeros, Malabon Compensation: PHP 20000 - PHP 25000 - monthly
