Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE The Planning Specialist prepares business related analyses and research for Supply Chain, especially in Planning. The individual prepares forecasts, analyzes trends related to Planning and uses the analyses to compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts of data and/or ensure efficiency. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE Follow up and update monthly, quarterly Sales Forecast and analyse tracking for accuracy forecast confidence. Daily/ weekly update demand planning tools such as Capacity model , data tracking system.... Follow up backlog , service, actual demand and daily capacity and give head up , alert under SOP requirements Providing timely and effective analysis, data, information related to demand planning function as required Working closely with Commercial/ Material Planning team for abnormal Forecast occur to ensure maintain service , backlog and capacity balancing Maintain and follow demand planning process to ensure proper process in place Involve in all Peak preparation and evaluation section Coordinate and control inventory build requests, ensuring alignment with historical demand, forecasts and risk of write off. Conduct regular inventory analysis and identify potential risks, such as overstocking or stockouts. Proactively propose strategic action plans to address demand and capacity constraints Coordinate and provide insights for SnOP meetings Other tasks assigned by direct manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 0-3 years SML or related experience. Good analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail-oriented. Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements. Familiarity in process documentation and improvement. Ability to design, develop, and maintain tables, formulas, graphs, queries and macros. Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function specific software.
