We are hiring for a Demand Planner to join our Group Demand Planning team. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by delivering accurate, data-driven demand forecasts and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive business outcomes.
This role reports to the Group Head of Demand Planning and supports a hybrid work environment with our worksites in NSW – Surry Hills or Warriewood or in Vic – Braeside at least 3 days a week and 2 days from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Demand Management: Own demand planning across Daigou and key Greater China customers.
  • Forecasting: Generate statistical forecasts, clean historical data, and maintain product/customer hierarchies.
  • Innovation Planning: Support volume planning for new product launches and manage end-of-life cycle transitions.
  • Consensus Building: Facilitate customer demand review sessions and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze forecast bias and accuracy, and drive actions to improve performance.
  • System Management: Ensure data integrity and manage forecast volumes and system cutovers.SLOB Management: Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and support exception-based planning.
