Job Description Your tasks: ► Execute, validate and maintain demand planning for “core” and “event” demand on SKU/warehouse/CSO or SKU/warehouse/customer level in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing ► Lead the S&OP Demand Validation meeting for the assigned regions or countries ► Provide final demand to supply/inventory planning consisting of standard demand, phase-in/-out, promotions and cannibalization ► Ensure forecast quality and related KPIs ► Support overstock management ► Act as key contact for regional sales and marketing for demand related topics Qualifications ► Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain Management ► Deep knowledge about demand planning and S&OP ► Minimum 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning, good knowledge in SAP ERP and Supply Chain Planning systems (addONE and/or Kinaxis Rapid Response) ► Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm ►Stakeholder management ►Fluent in English and ideally one more language (German), good communication and collaboration skills ► Problem solving mindset ► Analytical and statistical skills ► Product and market know-how ► Ready to work in an international environment Additional Information Get to know our #LikeABosch benefits. Responsibilities
