Join Our Team at C-Care Darne – Demand Planner C-Care is currently looking for a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain Department at C-Care Darne. The selected candidate will report to the Supply Chain Operation Manager. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Pharmacy and Consumables Store teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Manage and set reorder levels to ensure timely replenishment of inventory. Prepare and process purchase requests and purchase orders, and follow up with suppliers on deliveries. Monitor supplier performance, including perfect PO rate, on-time delivery, and in-full delivery metrics. Prevent stockouts and overstock situations by conducting regular demand and inventory analysis. Track slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry items to minimize wastage and financial loss. Ensure that inventory operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. Maintain the right quantity of stock at the right price, time, and location to support seamless company operations. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field. Strong data analytics capability, with the ability to interpret trends and forecast demand accurately. Good understanding of supply chain methods, procurement processes, and inventory control practices. Strong system proficiency, including hands-on experience with HIS (Hospital Information System) and advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet operational deadlines.
