Developing demand planning forecast in units and values for dedicated brands
Reviewing historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, developing statistical forecast models and evaluating forecast results
Building the forecast on SKU level for assigned country
Cooperating with Sales, Customer Marketing, Marketing and Finance to understand demand forecast drivers
Presenting forecast results, construction and trends on business meetings
Managing forecasting meeting for the owned categories/brands to obtain demand planning input to assure alignment between Company sales plans and rolling forecast (up to 18 months), highlighting deviations between the plans
Developing, maintaining and reporting forecast accuracy with root cause analysis to drive improved outputs
Driving and supporting global and local demand planning, supply chain and logistic related projects
