What You´ll Do Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical methods. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business goals. Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand. Identify and resolve any discrepancies between supply and demand. Prepare and present forecast and inventory metrics to management. Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches. Utilize demand planning software and tools to enhance forecast accuracy. Conduct market analysis to understand demand drivers and assess forecast results. Categorize components on lead time and determine safety stock levels. What You´ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPIM or CSCP from APICS are highly regarded. Proven experience with demand planning software and statistical analysis. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage complexities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
