WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a Demand Planner with 1 to 3 years of experience in the consumer goods industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of demand planning processes, logistic planning techniques, and SAP stock management.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

To ensure regular review and update of product wise forecast based on latest market dynamics and trends to maximize product availability with optimum freshness and service.
Ensure continuous analysis and statistical insights that drive overall better business performance and future outlook.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for: conducting market research, developing and managing forecasts, analyzing sales data, leading meetings, managing supply chain operations, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Forecast Management: Create and maintain baseline forecasts, regularly update actuals, and analyze deviations.
Business Analysis: Conduct detailed channel and SKU mix analysis to optimize business planning.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare and facilitate weekly sales meetings, as well as monthly demand review meetings with cross-functional teams.
Escalation Management: Define clear escalation plans to address critical issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
KPI Tracking: Monitor and deliver on key demand planning KPIs.
Business Opportunities: Identify and support incremental business opportunities.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient stock management and minimize risks.
Data Management: Maintain material determination and phasing data to support order fulfillment and replenishment.
Process Improvement: Drive process innovation and explore new IT systems to enhance demand planning capabilities.
