JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our team and take responsibility for sales forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment planning across multiple markets. This role is crucial for optimizing stock levels, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, and supporting business decisions with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in demand planning, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and retail teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Economics and Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, or a related field, is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or retail operations .
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
• Experience working with ERP systems and Shopify for inventory and sales tracking.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, demand forecasting, and stock optimization.
• Experience working with supply chain and logistics teams (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with production, logistics, and retail teams.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
