Supply Planner



The Role


As Supply Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted supply of products across the business by developing and maintaining robust supply plans, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.You will work closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams to optimise product availability while balancing capacity and inventory targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term supply plans.
  • Manage inventory levels to achieve service, working capital, and stock availability targets.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks through scenario planning and proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead supply review meetings as part of the S&OP / IBP process.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing sites, co-packers, and third-party suppliers to ensure supply continuity.
  • Monitor supply performance and analyse key KPIs, including service levels, inventory, and forecast adherence.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, phase-ins, and phase-outs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and systems.
  • Ensure accurate master data and planning parameters within ERP systems.

Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
  • FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
  • Experience using SAP, APO, IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or similar planning systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluent English required; German is advantageous.
