Job Description/Preferred Qualifications As a Demand Planner at KLA, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, shipping and monitoring products through the complete Book-Ship-Revenue process to enable meeting customer needs and according to leading Operational KPIs You will work closely with other disciplines including Planning, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, R&D, Sales Ops, business development, account managers, order admin and Finance. Establish, lead, and maintain a single plan of record to meet business needs that is used for material and capacity planning, as well as financial planning. Drive shipment revenue plan targets for the Operations teams while aligning financial goals with Sales Forecast and efficient inventory levels. Develop the business plan by effectively balancing supply and demand to enable stability and flexibility within operations. Lead slot plan through collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams in demand management by setting priorities and ensuring the Division meets customer delivery commitments. Minimum Qualifications B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from an acknowledged institute (or equivalent) is required SAP and/or MRP knowledge & experience. 2 – 5 years of related experience in material planning, master scheduling, supply-chain Work well with cross-functional teams as well as independently Proven strong analytical skills and ability to work on complex problems where analysis of the situation requires. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively and efficiently provide guidance to various teams within Operations.
