Your tasks:

• Leading demand review meetings and responsible for creating and continuously developing aligned demand forecasts, taking into account statistical forecasts, historical demand, sales and market information, promotions, new product launches, end-of-life activities and portfolio adjustments.
• Responsibility for monitoring demand planning key performance indicators, in particular forecast accuracy and forecast bias, as well as deriving corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Active participation in the monthly global S&OP process through preparation and communication of forecasts, influencing factors, scenarios, key figures, risks, opportunities and recommendations for cross-functional reviews and management decisions.
• Close collaboration with sales, product management, marketing, finance, supply planning, customer service and operations to create and maintain a coordinated demand plan.
• Analysis of demand trends, order patterns, open orders, inventory information and business drivers to identify planning gaps, risks, opportunities and necessary measures.
• Coordination of demand planning activities for product launches, new product introductions, end-of-life transitions, promotions, large orders and product rationalizations.
• Maintenance and further development of planning processes, forecasting methods, master data and system inputs in Kinaxis and SAP
• Creation and presentation of demand planning analyses and KPI reports, as well as documentation, allocation and tracking of the resulting measures.
•
