JOB ROLE
Ready to make an impact? As a key part of the commercial team, you will support the businesses various revenue generating channels in coordinating detailed SKU level demand plans for all brands. You’ll be at the heart of our fast-growing business, making sure our products are in the right place at the right time. You’ll work across multiple sales channels—B2B, B2C, and beyond—creating smart demand plans that help drive our success. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
· Support trading teams in developing and managing a rolling 12-month sales demand forecast across different sales channels
· Bringing together demand forecasts from all teams to create a master demand plan, presenting it effectively to the purchasing and operations departments.
· Continuously update and refine the demand plan using demand planning tools, statistical analysis and external data sets.
· Manage channel inventory levels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring optimal availability to maximise sales and margins.
· Track forecast accuracy, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to improve planning precision.
· Provide senior leadership with actionable insights and reports on demand trends and potential risks.
· Analyse cross-channel promotional and marketing activities and assess their impact on demand.
·Document all related processes and procedures to support operational continuity.
