Description

Third-Party Warehouse Management & WMS System Integration: Integrate with Middle Eastern outsourced spare parts warehouses; responsible for the integrated management of internal business systems and warehouse WMS. Monitor interface message status and verify the consistency of inbound, outbound, and inventory data. Investigate and handle data synchronization anomalies, and maintain relevant SOPs for system integration. Perform arrival inspection on spare parts shipped from China: verify the shipping manifest, quantity, and packaging. Follow up on issues of damage, shortages, and incorrect parts. Supervise third-party warehouse location management, cyclical inventory checks, and parts expiration date control. Spare Parts Import, Customs Clearance, and Tax Compliance: Fully responsible for the end-to-end import process of spare parts procured from China; collaborate with customs clearance agents to complete import declarations. Review customs duty-paid prices, import tariffs, and import VAT calculation data. Collect customs duties, VAT invoices, and a complete set of customs clearance documents, and prepare input tax deduction materials for the finance team. Identify potential tax risks arising from obsolete/scrapped parts and provide business data. Ensure business operations fully comply with Dubai and EU customs and tax regulations. Demand Forecasting, Replenishment, and Procurement Tracking: Collect spare parts needs from Middle Eastern dealers; set safety stock levels based on historical consumption, marketing activities, and vehicle inventory data; develop replenishment plans; and submit procurement requests to FAW Import & Export. Track domestic order production, inventory preparation, export shipments, and ETA arrival alerts; and monitor all in-transit anomalies.
