SUMMARY

As the company’s Demand Planner, you will join our supply chain team to keep our warehouse in stock at all times for multiple distribution centers. Your efforts help the company to maximize sales and minimize inventory costs. This is a tremendous opportunity for an individual to join a growing company and make a difference. This is an on site position.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 Plus years of planning and forecasting experience for multiple locations.
• Experience with demand planning software, tools, MRP. Epicor/Smart Applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a rapidly changing environment.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs including Excel through V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, creative, and results-oriented.
• Must be able to work independently

  Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

• Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and selling trends to develop forecasts that maximize sales with the least possible inventory.
• Collaborate across the business sector to support product initiatives, maximize in-stock, and inventory productivity.
• Develop processes to improve forecast accuracy, increase collaboration with internal and external partners, and ensure that the translation of demand into the supply-planning process works seamlessly.
• Analyze, improve, and report demand forecast accuracy; effectively determine sources of error and implement appropriate improvement plans
• Prepare and present demand analytics including, but not limited to missed business / lost sales, forecast accuracy and bias, customer sell-through, monthly and annual pacing, and demand/supply balancing.
• Develop alerts, reports, and predictive models to support the organization in identifying potential gaps and issues before they arise
