We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join PRISM+. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial and Operations, and is responsible for driving accurate, SKU-level demand planning across all product categories. You will play a critical role in ensuring optimal inventory levels, supporting revenue growth, and enabling efficient cash flow management. Demand Planning & Forecasting Own end-to-end demand forecasting across all SKUs, including variants (e.g. size, model, color) Develop and maintain weekly and monthly run rate forecasts Continuously refine forecasts using historical data, trends, and business inputs Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Support and drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process across Commercial, Operations, and Finance Consolidate inputs from different teams into a single, aligned demand plan Highlight risks and gaps (e.g. stockouts, excess inventory, demand-supply mismatches) Facilitate regular planning cycles (weekly/monthly), ensuring alignment across stakeholders Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Commercial teams to incorporate campaigns, promotions, and product launches into forecasts Work closely with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams on inventory planning, replenishment, and lead times Collaborate with Finance on purchasing plans and cash flow forecasting Inventory & Performance Management Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag risks Recommend actions to improve inventory turnover and reduce aging stock Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning processes Data & Reporting Build and maintain dashboards and reports for demand, inventory, and forecast performance Provide actionable insights to support business decisions 3–6 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or S&OP Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (ability to build models from scratch) Experience managing large SKU counts in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into decisions Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
