Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our VEG team, responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts for our seeds portfolio. The role involves driving S&OP meetings, collaborating with Sales, marketing, Finance and supply chain teams to ensure right forecasting. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Div S&OP Process for Short term forecasting for SA and SEA territories Lead Country S&OP process IBP submissions on WD3 and WD7 LP finalisation with Country Head/ Finance BP/ Mktg Head MBR preparations and participation.
