Job Description Job Summary: The Demand Planner is responsible for forecasting product demand to support efficient inventory management and uninterrupted supply for Food & Beverage operations. This role works closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate demand plans aligned with business objectives, shelf-life requirements, and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs. • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to align forecasts with promotional activities and seasonal demand. • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts, overstocks, and product expiration. • Analyze forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning processes. • Support production and procurement planning based on approved demand plans. • Prepare regular demand and inventory reports for management review. • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in planning activities. Qualifications Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field. • Proven experience in demand planning, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry. • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. • Proficiency in planning tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel. • Strong coordination and communication skills.
