Description

Own and manage demand forecasts across multiple product categories
Play a key role in the monthly S&OP process, providing insight and challenge where needed
Analyse sales trends, promotional activity, and market demand to improve forecast accuracy
Identify potential supply and inventory risks, proactively recommending solutions
Maintain forecasting data and planning parameters within ERP/planning systems
Collaborate closely with commercial, supply chain, and operational teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting and planning processes
Track forecast performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders

Skills & Experience2+ years’ experience within Demand Planning
Experience contributing to or leading S&OP processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Experience using ERP/planning systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
